The National Postal Forum (NPF) just wrapped its April 27–30 event in Nashville—marking one of our most successful Forums to date, with record-breaking attendance, hundreds of exhibitors, and dynamic learning opportunities across the board.

USPS Opening General Session

At NPF 2025 in Nashville, more than 5,700 mailing and shipping professionals gathered for a powerful keynote led senior USPS executives. The session offered a compelling look at USPS’s bold transformation—highlighting progress in modernizing its infrastructure, improving service performance, and expanding product offerings. A message of optimism, innovation, and institutional reinvention resonated deeply with attendees and set a strong tone for the week.
