The National Postal Forum will be back next year in Nashville, TN – April 27-30, 2025.

The National Postal Forum (NPF) recently wrapped up its 2024 event at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Attendees delved into the intersection of USPS innovation and industry expertise, optimizing their mailing and shipping operations – it was as exciting as it was successful. The mailing and shipping community eagerly anticipates the 2025 event, which will be held in Nashville, TN, at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. Mark your calendars for April 27-30, 2025.

In partnership with the United States Postal Service, NPF offers a dynamic forum for education, networking, and growth. Attendees gain direct access to USPS executive leadership, providing unique opportunities for insights and dialogue. The Forum also features over 120 educational workshops and sessions, all designed to enhance industry knowledge and mailing and shipping strategies.

USPS Opening General Session

In this highly anticipated event, Louis DeJoy, Postmaster General of the United States Postal Service, once again took centerstage to deliver a captivating keynote address that shaped the future of the mailing and shipping industry. Attendees experienced a transformative session as Postmaster General Louis DeJoy shared the journey of reshaping the USPS. They learned about the extensive changes in facilities, transportation networks, and innovative shipping products.
