USPS Opening General Session
NPF 2026 in Phoenix opened with a landmark General Session led by Postmaster General David Steiner during his first NPF appearance as America’s 76th Postmaster General. Before a packed audience of mailing and shipping professionals, PMG Steiner shared an optimistic and forward-looking vision for the future of the Postal Service and the industry it serves.
His keynote highlighted continued progress in USPS service performance, network modernization, infrastructure investments, and innovation—while reinforcing the Postal Service’s critical role as a powerful economic platform supporting American commerce and the nation’s mailing and shipping ecosystem.
The session delivered meaningful insight, strategic perspective, and a strong sense of momentum that resonated throughout the week—setting the tone for a remarkable NPF in Phoenix.



Insights from USPS Leadership
NPF 2026 provided attendees with direct access to USPS leadership through a compelling series of USPS Leadership Insight Sessions focused on the future of mailing and shipping.
