Heather works with leaders in the print service industry to develop new USPS direct mail promotions in areas like retargeting, reply mail, and emerging technology. Before USPS, Heather's over 12 years' experience working with both startups and a Fortune 500 company led her to drive innovative and award-winning experiences across a variety of print formats, including catalogs, newsletters, and mixed media mail. Heather will share with attendees' best practices on how to leverage USPS marketing initiatives for maximum ROI and customer impact.

Kessler Creative

Dina Kessler is President and owner of Kessler Creative, a direct marketing company located in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2007, Dina along with her husband, Keith, launched Kessler which has grown to a multi-million-dollar company, with over 50 staff members. Their product line includes creative design, offset and digital printing, mailing, a full suite of bindery capabilities, a wide format division, online marketing, and innovative marketing solutions. Kessler is an award-winning agency that has been honored to receive many awards throughout the years for their design and printing of marketing pieces for clients from organizations such as the United States Postal Service, the Florida Print Association and Printing Industries for America. Kessler was honored to receive the Mailing Innovation & Digital Award for the Southern Area from the USPS at the National Postal Forum in 2018 presented by Postmaster General Megan Brennan. In 2019, Kessler was awarded Grand Champion Finalist in the Next Generation Campaign Award by the USPS for results on marketing campaigns they achieved for their clients.
Dina currently serves as the Past National Industry Chair of the Postal Customer Council Advisory Committee and serves on the Mailers Technical Advisory Council. In 2018, Dina joined the newly formed Marketing Advisory Council for University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business Marketing Program and currently serves as the Industry Chair for this council. Giving back to a local university and sharing her marketing expertise with the future of the industry has brought great joy to Dina as well as given Kessler Creative access to exceptional hires to help the company growth.
Dina has spoken on several topics over the years including employee development and training, customer service, leadership, promoting your company in today’s market, and direct mail effectiveness.

Earl Johnson is the Director, Address Services and Retail Technology Applications. Earl leads the advancement of Address Quality and Retail Technology development, creating modernized addressing and retail application tools, API services, and commercial addressing products. Earl started his career as a contractor for the United States Postal Service in 1997 and later transitioned as career Postal in 2013 with over 28 years supporting the USPS. His mission is to drive strategic improvements to operational and organizational efficiencies by enhancing and optimizing the accuracy and quality of the Address Management Database and Retail application development.
