Attendees can secure a special room rate of $255 per night, plus a $20 daily resort fee. The resort fee includes high-speed in-room internet, fitness center access, bottled water, and a daily dry-cleaning credit of up to $10 (not cumulative through stay).

Cancellations received by February 21, 2025 are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received between February 22 and April 4, 2025 are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued for cancelations received after April 4, 2025.
