The PCC Rebuilding Plan takes center stage in this General Session, with a clear strategy to grow membership and strengthen councils nationwide. You’ll hear from a PCC that rebuilt from the ground up and now operates with a strong, fully functioning PCC—proof that success is possible with the right people and commitment. The Postmaster General will also stop by to share a few remarks on the importance of PCCs and their role moving forward. We’ll close with the dynamic PCC Leadership Awards, recognizing top-performing PCCs across the country for the impact they’ve made in their local chapters.
