ELECTION MAIL DAY SESSIONS

Session 1: Securing Election Mail
This session will explain how The United States Postal Inspection Service responds to election security questions and incidents, and how we coordinate with federal, state and local partners on election security table-top exercises. We’ll also review how we monitor the postal network for election mail related issues and explain how Election Crimes Coordinators (ECCs) are designated Postal Inspectors that address the issues that require law enforcement attention.
Session 2: Election Mail Visibility
This session will explain Postal Service visibility tools and resources available to Election Officials. These highly recommended tools enhance election mailpieces' (including ballots) visibility throughout the postal network.
Session 3: Business Intelligence, “Leveraging Data for Better Election Administration”
This session will explain how the Postal Service leverages data and technology, and how it drives performance by improving efficiencies through reporting and performance measurement systems using visibility data.
Session 4: Address Management Services
This session will explain how Address Management Services (AMS) provides services enabling customers to manage the quality of their mailing lists, and maximizing the Postal Service‘s ability to efficiently deliver mail.
Session 5: Mailpiece Design
This session will explain the essential role of the Mailpiece Design Analyst (MDA) and the many advantages of working with MDAs. Learn about mailpiece design best practices and how to receive technical assistance from your local MDA to ensure your mailpiece complies with required design standards.
