Monday: The Postmaster General Takes the Stage
There’s never been a year like it. And there’s no one better than Postmaster General Jack Potter to put it all into perspective – and give you a clear look at what’s coming next.
With the entire mailing industry working together to meet the incredible challenges that tested the entire economy, the value of the mail not only held steady, it grew even stronger, along with service and customer satisfaction.
Bob Bernstock, President of Mailing and Shipping Services will join Jack to tell you all about the continuing innovations in products, pricing, and technology - that are designed to keep the mail - and your business - more competitive than ever. That’s never been more important than it is today.
Of course, you’ll also want to be part of the critical dialog about a secure financial future for America’s mail system. This session covers it all. There’s no better place to begin. And it all begins with you!
Wednesday General Session: Lunch with Cowboys
Happy trails to you! As this year's conference draws to an end, pull up a chair and join your mailing industry colleagues for lunch and a special unveiling of the Cowboys of the Silver Screen commemorative stamps. Susan Plonkey, vice president, Sales, will host. And the classic cowboy quartet, Riders in the Sky, will serenade the conclusion of a successful 2010 NPF.
