2016 CALL FOR PAPERS – INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS
In order to ensure that your submissions will be considered for the 2016 National Postal Forum in the Nashville, TN, please read and follow the instructions below closely as our submission system has recently changed:

(Repeat these steps for each proposal that you wish to submit for review)
Submitting a workshop proposal: Please fill in all of the required fields as thoroughly and accurately as possible. The information contained in these fields may be used by NPF for future correspondence/notifications as well as printed/website materials used in preparation for the 2016 Forum. All (*) marked fields are required in order to complete an entry into the workshop proposal submission form.
a) Speaker Bio: Provide a speaker bio of 100 words or less containing any information that you would want listed for your "Speaker Information" section within this year's Personal Planner. (This is information that you would like the public to see.)
b) Speaker Qualifications: Provide details of any speaking engagements you have done, together with the year(s) and number of times you have been asked and participated in speaking events.
c) USPS Coordinators Please be sure to check the appropriate box and enter your name, email, and phone number within the form.
d) Title of Workshop: Provide the title of the proposed workshop. Please limit the length of your workshop title to no more than 10 words.
e) Workshop Description: Provide a description of the workshop being submitted. This language will be used in the promotional materials for the 2016 NPF. Please limit the length of the description to no more than 100 words.
f) Subjects to be addressed: Please list one or more subjects that will be addressed within your workshop. (i.e. List software, Sorting Equipment.)
g) Workshop Level: What level of experience is your workshop designed for? A beginner in the industry; an intermediate level; an advanced level, or all levels.
h) Workshop Category: Please choose the appropriate Workshop Category from the dropdown list provided. If none of the choices appropriately describe your topic, please choose "Other" and then fill out the "Other Workshop Category" field that appears below.
i) Co-Presenter: If you intend to present your workshop with another person please enter their Name, Email Address and Phone number in the blanks provided. Please, no more than one co-presenter per workshop submission. (The co-presenters email address is required. You may need to contact them if you do not have it.)
After completing the form you can complete your submission by clicking the "SUBMIT FOR REVIEW" button located at the bottom end of the last page of the form.
Upon successful submission of your application you will be given the opportunity to select a "Continue" button that will take you back to the begining should you wish to submit an application for another workshop.
If you do not receive a submission confirmation email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
Only fully completed proposals will be considered for 2016.
If your information is incomplete, your submission will be automatically disqualified and will not be reconsidered for the 2016 Call for Papers.
Application Deadline is Friday, 08-28-2015.
